Placing Orders:

All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

Payment:

We accept payment through Stripe. All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Taxes:

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax requirements.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal:

• Orders $0 - $19.99: $6.99 shipping

• Orders $20 - $44.99: $4.99 shipping

• Orders $45 - $64.99: $2.99 shipping

• Orders $65 and over: FREE shipping

Shipping Times:

We ship nationwide within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping options may be available for faster delivery.

Delivery:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your product or if something went wrong with your order (damaged items, incorrect products, etc.), please contact us.

Refunds:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund. If your product arrived damaged or defective, we may send a replacement at no additional charge.

6. Catering Services

Booking Catering:

To book catering services, please contact us by phone or through our website. We will discuss your needs, menu options, and provide a quote.

Deposit:

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your catering order. The remaining balance is due before the event date.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a catering order after the deposit has been paid, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. If we have already purchased ingredients or begun preparation, a full refund may not be possible.

7. Custom Orders (Cakes and Desserts)

Ordering Custom Items:

For custom cakes and desserts, please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will confirm availability, pricing, and delivery/pickup details.

Deposit:

A 20% deposit is required to begin your custom order. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

Cancellation:

Cancellations for custom orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If preparation has already begun, a full refund may not be available.

8. Allergen Disclaimer

Allergen Notice:

Some of our products contain or are made in a facility that handles common allergens including but not limited to: fish, shellfish, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame.

It is the customer's responsibility to review product ingredients and allergen information before purchasing. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us at [email protected] before placing an order.

For catering and custom orders, please inform us of any allergies at the time of booking. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

ItsMamis is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from products consumed if the customer fails to review allergen information or inform us of their allergies prior to ordering.

9. SMS/Text Communications

By opting into our VIP community or providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages including order updates, promotions, and marketing communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

10. Intellectual Property
